General Dynamics Board Increases Dividend

FALLS CHURCH, Va. – The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share on the company’s common stock, payable May 8, 2009, to shareholders of record on April 10. The dividend represents an 8.6 percent increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share.
